Dear Families,
Yesterday we invited you to set up your School Cues account. Once you have activated your account, you’ll find all the school forms you need under the “Student Information System (SIS)”. Click “edit” to begin the submission process.
Changes: You can make any changes up until the form’s deadline, after which the system will be locked and forms will become viewable only. If you need to make a change after that point, you can let us know through the “change request” button.
As with any new system, there will be a learning curve and the occasional kink or two. Please have patience as we work out the new process.
Support: If you encounter any issues or need to contact Support, send an email to support@schoolCues.com with the subject line marked SIS Support.
Health: For the health form, your doctor’s form should be fine. Please just make sure it is complete, dated, and signed before uploading. The attached NYS form is also welcome.
